My company has recently made the decision to trial the Peer Mentoring program (Partnering for Success) and so far, we are seeing some great results, particularly in light of the workplace improvement project that each pair must go through.
I will be rolling this out to our frontline management in 2005, as I believe it is a truly valuable tool to get leaders thinking about their roles, their personal leadership and the other business-related issues that impact (positively or negatively) on their performance.
